This video edit was commissioned as a personal video to capture the client memories made during several seasons working as a holiday rep. This was a challenge to prove that low quality clips filled on and mobile phone can still to be used to create a fun and emotive piece which is able to tell a story.

The key concept the client wanted to capture here was ‘a nostalgic summer of fun’ so there was plenty of scope for more playful transitions. For personal projects like these, the quality of content takes priority over quality of footage, which allows the personal memories to take centre stage. I enjoyed working with this music track to create that ‘fun and carefree’ motif from the brief.
